Registration

No student shall be registered in any subject except during the scheduled dates specified in the Board of Trustees (BOT) approved school calendar. An extension of one week for late enrollees will be given but with a corresponding fine. The fine is imposed to encourage students to enroll on time. No student shall be admitted to enroll after the first week of the official opening of classes.

A student is officially enrolled if:

  1. He has submitted the appropriate admission credentials;
  2. He has made an initial payment on his school fees which the school has accepted; and
  3. He has been authorized to attend classes.

Subject/s not officially enrolled will not be given credit regardless of the grade obtained.

Name of Student in the School Record

No name should be entered in any school record of the student other than that appearing in the birth certificate. The use of nicknames or aliases is prohibited.

Classification of Students

A regular student is one who carries the full or maximum load prescribed in his curriculum for the given term.

An irregular student may be a transferee, deloaded, part-time or working student.

A. 4-Year Program

1st Year.A student who has not completed the prescribed subjects of the first year curriculum or 25% of the total number of units required in the course.

2nd Year.A student who has finished the prescribed subjects of the first year in his program or has completed 26 to 50% of the total number of units required in his entire course.

3rd Year.A student who has completed the prescribed subjects of the first two years of his program or has finished at least 51 to 75% of the total number of units in his entire program.

4th Year.A student who has completed the prescribed subjects of the first three years of his curriculum or has finished at least 76% of the total number of units in his entire program.

B. 5-Year Program

1st Year.A student who has not completed the prescribed subjects of the first year curriculum or 20% of the total number of units required in the course.

2nd Year.A student who has finished the prescribed subjects of the first year of his program or has completed 21 to 40% of the total number of units required in his entire course.

3rd Year.A student who has completed the prescribed subjects of the first two years of his program or has finished at least 41to 60% of the total number of units in his entire course.

4th Year.A student who has completed the prescribed subjects of the first three years of his curriculum or has finished at least 61-80% of the total number of units in his entire program.

5th Year.A student who has finished the prescribed subjects in the first four years of the course or 81% of the total number of units of the whole program.
